We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled IT Operations Technician to join our dynamic team. As an IT Operations Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting the college’s IT infrastructure. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, contributing to the seamless operation of our technological systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment and systems in the classes.
  • Collaborate with the Administration and Academic team to implement upgrades and enhancements.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to staff and students.
