As an IT Operations Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting the college’s IT infrastructure. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, contributing to the seamless operation of our technological systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment and systems in the classes.
  • Collaborate with the Administration and Academic team to implement upgrades and enhancements.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to staff and students.

College has moved to new Premises

In order to enhance the facilities for its learners and staff, the College has recently moved to new premises in Ilford. The address for the new premises is: 277 Cranbrook Road, Ilford, IG1 4TG. 

Please note that some documentation being used by the College may still be showing the old address during the transition period and this is not to be confused with the new address. The College aims to update the address on  all documentation by 6 May 2019.
